There are two types of Mobile Sales Unit Licenses: Door to Door Sales and Mobile Vendors.
Choose one of the options below to download the application. We cannot accept your application without all required documents. Please review the application carefully to ensure you have everything necessary to apply. You must apply in person at the City Clerk's Office in order to have your fingerprints taken for the required federal background check.

- Color copy of valid driver's license
- 2" x 2" front face color photograph
- Certificate of General Liability insurance for business (as listed on the first page checklist). City of Meridian must be listed as additional insured.
- Proof of Motor Vehicle insurance
- Central District Health Approval (if applicable)
- Your fingerprints will be taken at the time of application.
