Online

Visa and Mastercard are accepted through our on-line payment system. Initial registration is not required to use the Express Pay option. You will need your account number and name as it appears on the bill for the registration process. To register as a user or to make a payment go to meridiancity.org. At this home page, you can select “I want to”; which you give you a drop down menu. Select “pay for” and then “utility bill”. This service is available 24/7. You can even establish recurring credit card payments with your online portal.

Direct Pay

This is the most convenient form of payment as it allows the balance due on your utility account to be deducted from the bank account of your choice and posted to your utility account each month. Once registered for direct pay, it will remain active until cancelled. There are no additional fees for this service.

In Office

Payments can be made in our office at 33 East Broadway Avenue, suite 106. We are open Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays) from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We accept cash, money orders, and checks. We can also process Visa and Mastercard payments.

Mail

Payments can be mailed to: City of Meridian, PO Box 670, Caldwell Idaho, 83606-0670. Our lockbox processor ensures speedy posting of all payments received.

Drop Box

After hour payments can be made in our drive up style drop box in the City Hall parking lot at the corner of Main Street and Broadway. The box is located just east of the main entrance and plaza area. We encourage customers to submit check or money order payments in this box. Cash is discouraged but will be processed.
