Amenities & Features:

Reta Husky Park is a neighborhood park being constructed near Ustick and Ten Mile Mile in the Bellano Creek Subdivision. Construction on the park began in Spring 2017. The part is expected to be completed in Fall 2017.

The park is named after Reta Huskey, a women deeply devoted to her family. She and her six siblings grew up in Meridian on a 120-acre ranch where Reta was like a second mother to her brothers and sisters. Reta’s brother, Leonard, used to duck hunt along the nearby drainage ditch. It was his idea to name this park after his sister who loved to grow roses and geraniums.

Reta Huskey Park’s features and amenities will include walking path, playground, sport court, picnic shelter/restroom combo design with entry plaza, climbing items, 3 pickleball courts, and unique signs and elements that pay tribute to Reta Huskey and her family.
